My name is James Burke! I am the Founder of JimmyBVisuals - A Media Brand that is designed to help brands, people, athletes and businesses grow online through personalized content. At the time I am writing this I am a current Sophomore at Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and Majoring in Media with a Minor in Social Media! Here is a little bit of my story on what inspired me to start making sports content/media and start my own brand!

When I was a senior in high school, I realized my dreams of becoming a college/pro athlete were no longer realistic. I wanted to stay close to sports after my playing days were over in some way possible. I’ve always had a passion for making sports content. Whether it was YouTube Videos, Cool Edits, TikToks, you name it! So in December 2022 I decided to make an Instagram account where I planned on making football edits for NFL players. I didn’t think anything was gonna go far until one of my first edits was liked by New York Giants WR Isaiah Hodgins! That day I knew I had potential! I experimented with making tons of edits and trying to get better every day and made a bunch of edits for 6 months after that and in May of 2023, New York Giants TE Daniel Bellinger posted my edit of him on his Instagram account! I was super excited knowing that an NFL player noticed and posted my creative work and that day I knew this was going to be my career path going forward!

Fast forward to the fall of 2023. After all the amazing edits and work I’ve put in over the past 6-8 months I realized it was time to pick up a camera and make content of my own! I was entering my freshman year of college, so I had to act on it quick! I started shooting pictures of my university’s football team and also did freelance work around local high schools back home in New Jersey, trying to get my name out there and make a lot of connections! My first huge opportunity was to shoot the Rutgers Football Spring Game in April 2024! That was my first time shooting a Big 10/D1 CFB game! Then to build off of that the next big opportunity came in the summer of 2024 when I was Invited out to a New York Jets players workout - WR Irvin Charles! His trainer wanted to come take pictures/videos and it turned out to be a blast!

In August of 2024 I was hired by my college, Kutztown University of Pennsylvania to be the Head of Creative Video and produce all creative video content throughout the season. From Reels to Weekly Hype Videos to Game Recap Videos. I am in charge of all of that! All of my work from the 2024 Season led me to getting an Internship with the ECHL Affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers and Lehigh Valley Phantoms, the Reading Royals, as a Production Intern!

The #1 goal when I’m out of college is to get a full time gig/job with a professional league team and also run my own Media and Marketing business like I am doing now
